The following submission options are available:
Oral presentation
Authors who would like to have their papers considered for an oral presentation are asked to submit an extended abstract of up to 4 pages (including references). Oral presentations will be 12 mins + 3 mins for questions.
Flash oral presentation
Authors who would like to have their papers considered for a flash oral presentation are asked to submit an extended abstract of up to 4 pages (including references). Flash oral presentations will be 5 mins (no questions follow).
Poster presentation
Authors who would like to have their papers considered for a poster presentation are asked to submit an abstract of up to 2 pages (including references). Poster files should be sent via email (submissions_iees@tuc.gr).

Each registration allows a maximum of two contributions:
- one oral presentation and one poster presentation
- OR
- one flash oral presentation and one poster presentation
To be accepted for the Conference, the submitted abstract must be novel, well-described, and fitting the Conference topics. Submissions must contain original data and meet international ethical standards. Abstracts that are deemed commercial in nature will not be accepted. Word format (NOT PDF) must be used, as Abstracts undergo editing prior to publication in the Conference Proceedings.
Leading author details (who will present the paper at Conference)
The leading author will receive all communication related to the abstract submission.
